Jay Sim — measures it, writes it, checks it last

This is the name on CiteAngle research. One person picks the questions, runs them again and again, and applies the rule that decides whether a brand was named. The last read before a report ships is the same person.

Jay Sim is CiteAngle's measurement lead. The job runs from deciding what gets asked all the way to the final read of a report, and it includes checking that every figure on a public page matches the claims registry before it ships.

How the byline works

What we measured and what somebody else published never share a sentence. Anything we measured carries the date and the conditions it was measured under.

A number without its conditions does not get published. Runs that came out against us stay in — we widen the range and say where it widened.

Korean pages carry the legal name 심정엽 for the same person. Two spellings, one scope of responsibility.
