Panorama report — an edited preview
The current Panorama runs a 4,900-cell measurement grid in full — 50 queries × 7 repeated runs × 14 engines — and states the status of every cell: observed, cited, failed or indeterminate.
Below is an edited view of the report screens — the CiteAngle index gauge, per-engine visibility
and the query×engine matrix. The full deliverable is written from your own measured evidence.

Your report is filled only with verified observations and source URLs.
What the report shows — the same question draws different answers from different engines.
A brand cited on one engine routinely fails to appear on another. On top of that read, the report
connects the landscape of sources the AI actually cited, the queries you win and the queries you
concede, and the co-cited source candidates inside answers your competitors currently own. Each
source candidate is presented in verification order — answer sentence, citation marker, URL, source
page — so the decision on which engine and which query to move first starts from measurement.
The full Panorama report is checked against a completeness manifest, so no deliverable goes missing. The headline sections:
+ the rest arrives with your audit — the completeness manifest checks the set for gaps
On top sits the expert layer, delivered entirely in writing: an expert-written narrative with
graded prescriptions, the 15-slide executive brief, a written decision memo and a recorded
executive decision briefing, plus email Q&A with a two-business-day written response. Want a
person in the room? The Expert Live add-on attaches a 45-minute live executive decision briefing,
quote-based.
The real report — citation gaps, win/loss queries, contested zones — is written
from your data and delivered to you alone. The fastest way to see it on your own brand is a
free snapshot and a Panorama quote; client reports are delivered
exclusively to the client.
Every verdict is read with its evidence and its next action
The report's colors are judgment stages, not decoration. Each card states what was detected to
produce the verdict, which cells entered the denominator, and the next action it points to.
Confirmed strength
Brand mention or your URL cited
Cells where the brand entity or a registered owned URL was confirmed inside a valid answer. Open the receipts by engine, query and run to trace exactly which answers produced the strength.
Healthy cells where the brand connection is missing
The answer came back clean, but your brand was not selected — or was mentioned without your URL being cited. We split the search-candidate, AI-selection and brand-binding stages so the fix lands at the right layer.
Reading order · search presence → AI mention → source citation → answer absorption
Evidence status
Uncollected, absent and indeterminate kept separate
Brand absence and collection status are separated, so only real improvement signals enter the priority list. Recollection cells go to the work queue; valid cells become comparison metrics.
Reading order · status label → denominator inclusion → recollection / review record
Regional visibility map — national coordinates and state opportunity on one screen, on separate denominators
With the regional extension, executives read the national coordinates and the priority states on
one screen, while operators drill into the evidence cells — regional AI answers, mentions, direct
citations, search presence and competitive gaps — observed under verified regional access and
location signals. Below is the structure of the delivered screen; your report carries only
verified observations and source URLs.
National baseline · own denominator
Your brand's market-wide coordinates
National
The national query panel summarizes mention, direct citation, search presence and competitive position. State observations are never pooled in to inflate the national figure.
Separate denominator and separate tables from the US national baseline
State and DC opportunity maps, competitive intensity, priority markets, execution queue
The regional panel is a quote-based option scoped by coverage. Explicit location
APIs and verified regional browser observation are kept separate, and IP-derived coarse location
and opt-in precise device location run as independent panels. Location receipts, surfaces, queries
and run counts are fixed before contract, and state figures are reported on their own denominator
next to the national baseline. A single reference-city observation remains a result for that
location only; only panels that meet contracted multi-location coverage and acceptance gates are
promoted to state or DC scores.
The executive briefing deck — the artifact that reaches the decision table
The data report belongs to your operators; decision-makers need fifteen slides. The executive
brief included with Panorama is that artifact — a 15-slide deck carrying the three-line verdict
and the priority targets, structured like this:

+ 10 more slides — written from your data
The panels above show representative slides from the fifteen, edited. The real
deck is written from your measured data, and the walkthrough arrives as a recorded executive
briefing you watch on your own schedule — with the written decision memo alongside it.
Free Snapshot, Compass, Panorama — what changes at each step
The charts looking alike is deliberate — all three measure with the same engines and the same
judging rules. What separates them is measurement at a scale that yields statistics, the
expert layer (sections an expert writes personally), and the executive brief.
Compass is the automated audit that fixes your precise current coordinates from a full measurement
grid; Panorama is the complete audit that adds the expert layer and the executive briefing. The
table settles it.
